Ambank's end-to-end digital account opening delivers a better customer experience

Aaron Loo, managing director for retail banking of Ambank Group discusses how end-to-end digital account opening via AmOnline app benefits its customers.

Ambank, one of the largest banks in Malaysia was recognised as the Best Digital Account Opening and Best Customer On-boarding at the Malaysian Awards 2021 by The Asian Banker. 

Loo also presented the latest product offerings of Ambank including the AmAcess Biz, an end-to-end fully digital product that onboards small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to their digital platform without ever stepping foot into a brick-and-mortar branch. He also introduced SME-in-a-box which offers SMEs an integrated value proposition that addresses the needs of businesses and helps transition them to e-commerce.
